  • The product was damaged during delivery or has a manufacturing defect.
  • You notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The product has not been used, washed, altered, or tampered with.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation provided.

2. Conditions for Return

To process a return for a damaged or defective item:

  • Proof of damage or defect must be provided, including clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

    • Retain the shipping receipt as proof of return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective:
    • PoxyWood will cover return shipping costs.
    • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
  • If the damage or defect is not confirmed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund or Replacement Options

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Replacement: A new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
  • Refund: The full purchase price (including initial shipping charges, if applicable) will be refunded to the original payment method.
    • Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days.
